Sarah works with collectors and estate executors tailoring her services to meet their individual needs. Whether the plan is to divest an entire collection or to organize and archive household contents for future deaccessioning, Sarah uses an impartial and discerning eye to guide her clients through difficult decisions. Bringing a depth of expertise, scholarship and connoisseurship to the task, Sarah is nonetheless unafraid of rolling up her sleeves and doing whatever is needed to get the job done.

Having completed a nine-year career at The Wall Street Journal leading visual coverage for their feature stories, Sarah is excited to be back in the art world. Prior to her career in journalism, Sarah founded and directed two contemporary art galleries in SoHo. She holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU and a BA in Art History from Vassar. Sarah is an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America, USPAP compliant through March 2025.

Sarah is the daughter of art critic, Clement Greenberg, and writer, Jenny Van Horne. Born and raised in New York City, she spent most of her time hanging around artists’ studios, galleries and museums. Today she lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Matthew Morse, a psychotherapist, and until recently, their two daughters who have flown the coop.
